Prior to your consultation

• You will receive an e-mail confirming your appointment booking.  This will give you details of what Covid 19 prevention measures to expect at your appointment and advise you not to attend your appointment if you or anyone in your household has been unwell in the last 14 days.

• You will receive an e-mail 2 days prior to your appointment checking that you are symptom free before attending the clinic for your appointment.

At your consultation

​

• The car park directly outside the clinic is open as normal.

​

• Socially distanced waiting room facilities are available so come into the clinic as normal.  

​

• Make sure that you are wearing a mask and use the hand sanitiser provided.

​

• The treatment room surfaces and couch will have been cleaned prior to your arrival.​

​

• Your temperature will be measured and you will be asked some questions to make sure that you have no Covid 19 symptoms.

​

• Your physiotherapist will be wearing level 1 PPE as recommended by Public Health England and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.  This will include a protective visor, mask, apron and gloves.

After your consultation

​

• Payment can be taken in cash, card or by BACS.  Contactless card payment is available.

​

• Handsanitising facilities will again be available before leaving the clinic.
